Information management  and analysis is critical to organizational mission success. ACG offers support services for information technology and information systems in strategic planning, requirements analysis,  alternatives analysis, program management, knowledge/decision support services, high-level modeling and simulation, business process engineering and technology portfolio management. Project management and, in a broader view, portfolio management is the analysis, review, design, operation and control of information technology systems and their related family of systems. ACG provides services to illustrate and demonstrate information technology management strategies and the value proposition available across the array of information technology management practices.

Developing policy to enable strategy is a balanced effort to articulate principles and requirements in the view of resource and schedule priorities. Policy, guidance and instructions are the instruments used to convey the concepts and operating principles throughout the organization in a consistent and focused manner. This dissemination of common organizational understanding of goals and principles forms the underlying framework for line of sight between actions and goals. ACG supports analysis and recommendations for alignment to improve organizational operations. We collaborate with our clients and partners to GTD.
